OP here. I'm playing this game with the epsxe emulator and I've realised that the game doesn't save my progress even though I can load it after having saved. But as soon as I turn off the PC, it's lost.
I'm rather new to emulators. Any ideas what the issue could be?

I was so disappointed that the companion AI didn't pan out. I think it was EGM that published an article about how fuckin' cool it was supposed to be, then the game had none of that shit on release.

I got a bootleg and finished the game. The thing that annoyed me was the far camera angles that made too hard to see where you were even on the 27 CRT I had.

The ending makes me mad, still i enjoyed the game... with cheat codes becaus i'm a bastard who can't complete levels and broke even a pad 15 years ago.
