If you play it on an emulator and patch in the more fluid chasecam from GT3 it is the best.

The only place where GT4 truly lacks behind GT3 is in the color grading. GT3 is very bright and colorful, whereas GT4 is much stricter with its colors. GT4 looks far more realistic, but GT3 looks far more inviting.
