Is there a way to fix these things or do I just try and find a different PS2? I'm not sure how to fix either of these issues. SPCH-39001 Model.

The screws on the disc drive are screwed too tightly.

I have two ps2s and I don't use them.
One works perfectly and has the tamper seal intact, the other has disc read error but I put a hard drive in it and a noctua fan mod. Both are 39k models.
