the super mario 64 bubble has popped, about a year ago now. I think the underlying floor price of retro games in general would go up over time though, not even including inflation etc

the prices of other fairly popular games is going up still for cib copies though. But if you just want the game and don't care if it's loose then the price increase over the last 10+ years is fairly reasonable. I know the pricecharting prices aren't super accurate either but it's close enough to get the gist
