Maybe you should try googling literally anything instead of immediately coming here and asking for help you fucking mong. What you want is a RPi or some other SBC but even those are pretty weak. I mean maybe, you could probably emulate a 4 bit CPU like a Intel 4004 with one, but that would be the extent of it.

Thats not an arduino, that board has a 200mhz ARM chip.
Arduinos are based on a 8bit processor thats runs at like 30mhz.
