Finally found a copy of pic related locally for a decent price, pretty much wrapped up my GameCube collection at this point.

I am making a real effort to not go to hard on collecting this year and put my money towards other things. I've been pretty successful and have only bought four games this year:

I think the last thing I bought recently was a complete in box sega activator. Mostly because I like getting weird controllers/input devices as well as genesis/mega drive gear in general.

Anyway OP recently I bought a stand for my virtual boy because my shitty old 3d printed tripod mount broke. Don't know why I ever thought a 3d print would do the job but whatever, it was cheap. The new mount is basically a clone of the original, which with a boost up does the job (normal height is ok if you're a kid, but not if you're an adult who cares about their neck and spine comfort).

It's doing great. I picked up a bunch of $1 games and $1-$5 consoles at the flea market a few weeks back. Plus a bunch of other obscure stuff that wouldn't mean anything to the average zoomie, But that's really the interesting stuff. I really don't need more of the consoles I already have a dozen of. But will always grab one if I see it at a good price. If for no reason other than to keep it out of the hands of bandwagoners.

A little beyond recent but the local game store here had Xbox Magazine demo discs for a dollar each. Bought them out of novelty and Japanese DKC trilogy, I've forgotten how watching movies and tv on CRT was like, so I've been looking into setting up for more of those.

I've been wanting to do gamecube collecting, all I have is a DOL-101 with a GCLoader and a smash controller. Billy Hatcher was the first game I bought with my own money too, but I was a dumbass kid that fell for the ol' gamestop trade-in scam and sold all of my original gamecube stuff to get an Xbox 360 and Halo 3 Legendary Edition. Every time I think about getting into it I see the prices they charge for cube stuff nowadays and man I just can't justify that.
