It makes no difference. You might think that 60fps will improve how stiff the camera and combat is, but it won't. If anything, making it more smooth and modern makes it uncanny.

I would guess that anything with human-made discrete frames (animations) would be left as-is, while stuff that isn't (camera movement, fade effects, etc) is what would actually be 60fps.
