Time for a totally radical TMNT thread!

The Turtles gave us some excellent games back in the day, and I've never seen a thread here, so let's get to it, dudes!

I'll kick off discussion. I just started The Hyperstone Heist on my PSP Genesis emulator, and I'm disappointed that it's just a worse Turtles in Time across the board so far. Also worth nothing that it's the PAL version because they're the "Hero" Turtles.

All this thread needs to get rolling is that gif of Shredder

Reshelled is the closest you'll get now. It's not as good, but not bad.

Are the Game Boy games any good?

What did the europeans have against ninjas, anyway?

Games like Shadow of the Ninja and Ninja Gaiden had to have their titles edited for no apparent reason, and had their covers edited to look less ninja-like.

Germany apparently fucking hates ninjas. It's so bad there, that Shadow Dancer: The Secret of Shinobi is on a list of Germany's "youth endangering media" index, so it's illegal to buy/sell/play there. Last truly free countries are 'murica and Nippon-land I guess, respecting our ninja overlords.

If you take a second to remember that ninjas are trained assassins, it might become clear to you.
Think of the children.

Fall of the Foot Clan is short and easy as hell but arguably looks the best.

Back to the Sewers looks and plays okay with great Game Boy music but lacks something.

Radical Rescue is an odd Metroidvania game that's pretty damn hard-- at least from the get-go.

It's too hard for limited continues, man. That just makes it all more painful.

It's a great game, still. Much better than first one on the NES.

Ninja Turtles was pretty popualr in japan, apparently. I mean, really, really popular

There were several manga series and even some weird anime OVA where the turtles grow all powerful and muscular.

I love the game. It is my favorite SNES game. My only problem is its too short.

>> No.954413

I remember beating this game on the hardest difficulty only so that I could get the most lives and continues. Was this good on my part?

I now want to watch said ova. Also it would be cool to have an adult tmnt game along the lines of the original comics. Would not sell well at all though.
