Dino Crisis is fantastic. It's a shame it didn't really catch on and Capcom didn't believe in its design. Mikami was really onto something, if we go by the box art it's a "panic horror" game rather than a survival horror game. Sudden deaths as a result of fast deadly monsters instead of a death by 1000 zombie bites is kind of the direction horror games ended up going in.
