Are there any good games that play like this exept Metal Warriors and Cybernator?

I don't know why but I just love 2D games with cool Mechs.

I think they're great with Gun Hazard being the best of the 3.
It had some cool mechbuilding elements and an actuall story with different paths.

Metal Storm is not really a "mech" game. It's an action platformer.

It's the superior version. They stripped it down and removed things and dialogue for the NA release.

It's pretty much the same, but the character faces were removed from the text for whatever reason, the dialog has no naughty words, and a suicide cutscene is removed. As far as I know, they both play the same.

There were more Assault Suits games other than what we know in English as Target Earth and Cybernator. You can look those up.

Otherwise there's also The Soukou Kihei Gunground for DS which is part of that budget Simple. It's not too shabby truth be told.

I like Metal Marines for the SNES. Its like a simcity game but you are against an opponent.
