After more than 10 years, the game looks better.
As a teenage i disliked this game.
Now i played it again, and... well it isn't that bad.

There were some interesting ideas, yes.
Certainly better than the 007 games.

This game was pretty terrible. The presentation was bad, as was the vast majority of the gameplay. There were a few good ideas in there, but in the main, it was average or below.

I like the NES Mission Impossible better, as insanely hard as it is

The N64 version was significantly better than the PS1 version. The game had some fun elements. But it was rather clunky at times.

It was nice, but fuck that mission in the CIA room filled with lasers. Shit took me forever.

I used to really like going to the Embassy level and just walking around and fucking with people. I was something like 9 or 10 and only played console games that weren't immersive or non-linear, so being able to just walk around hobnobbing with richfags was really cool to me at the time.

That game was fun, even with the high difficulty. Soundtrack was really good as well.

Did that too. Looking back it was maximum autism but holy fuck

I liked this game. I rented it when I was younger and actually later bought it. Covertly dealing with the assassin at the embassy, stealing identities, sabotaging the computer without touching the ground, running around on the train with the rocket launcher... neat stuff.

I haven't played it in a long time, but aside from that nasty radiation level under the embassy I don't remember anything really wrong with the game.

Played the PS1 version, it is fine.

Tomorrow Never Dies and The World is Not Enough are fun. Racing is dreck.
