Which emulator (that's not Retroarch) is the easiest way allowing me to play Saturn games on a toaster with Windows 10? I keep getting run errors with every one I've tried so far.

depends on your definition of toaster, my computer isn't good but still runs mednafen which is great for Saturn
before that I used SSF but it can be annoying to setup. at least that one runs on anything if you can get it to work.
