When I finally beat it a few years ago, I played the next loop ont he same life and beat it again, and then a third loop and beat it again, and on the fourth loop I went to do something else.

Now I can just run through it like a park. I can just switch Super C on and play a couple of games.

Same with the original Castlevania.

I am a fucking GOD at this game as well as SMB1 and Mario World for SNES.

I'm at that point, I'm sure some of you will know what I'm talking about, where I can shift to unconsciously anticipate the processor.

I beat SMB in about 6 min.
I beat SMB3 in maybe 15-20? I forget with those "tracking" stages in World 8.

I remember playing that once with a roommate. We both had the last two nights off and decided to buy it off the Wii VC. We played it for 2 days straight beating every single level. We had a fucking blast with it. That was when it just came out that week and we haven't touched Mario 3 since All-Stars. Sadly ever since then I can't seem to bring myself to play it again.

I should think about reinstalling this sometime, along with 2.. whenever I play a Diablo game not only do I cut through the game easily but when I stop playing I forget how many hours just fly by
