Related to religion/spirituality in general, not only Christianity.

Doesn't need to directly reference an actual existing religion, as long as its thematically related to spirituality in some way.

Pic related is an interesting game, basically you play as Saladin and journey across Eurasia trying to stop the Demiurge from seizing some all-powerful maguffin created by the original Freemasons. There's themes of gnosticism, sufi, vedanta, tantra, eleusinian mystery, etc. There used to be a good YouTube longplay of it that discussed all of the themes but, alas, all of the commentary was in the form of annotations which are forever lost.

A lot of mainstream series before I assume certain people started complaining or paying money to get rid of it. Harvest Moon 1 had a local parish church play a central role for NPCs, getting married and pray if you felt like it. Apparently in the newer HMs you just go to some random fella's mansion.
