N64 had nothing but mario games and those are the only ones next to conkers bas fur day that people actually want. No third party devs wanted to develop on it becausr nintendo were a bunch of ass holes about it. Thats why there were no good rpgs and all the other devs jumped ship and went to the superior playstation platform.

Alas, nobody bought me shit after I turned 10, so all of my N64 games were scoured from yard sales and Gamestop about TEN YEARS ago. I've never had a boxed N64 game. Universal cases are all I can hope for.

Unless I do like I did in the nineties, and make my own boxes. Made a measured drawing of the SNES box and the insert for it, made my own out of posterboard, and had the most tripped-out Mortal Kombat box of all time. It was a pointillism nightmare.

One of the things I regret most in life is selling off/GIVING AWAY FOR FREE a large amount of my N64 collection - basically all the best stuff. It was deep into the PS2 gen and I was flying off to boarding school at 16 years old. I didn't think I'd ever play it anymore. Little did I know I would grow up to become an autistic manchild that would look back fondly in nostalgia and would one day want to play the games again.

I had such a beastly collection, too. I was far more into vidya back then than I am now.

the game is linear enough you can make it through just fine without knowing moonrunes and if the gamecube release is any indication you really won't be missing much in the story.

still a really fun game if your not familer, basicly how a fight goes is a cannon shoots out two dice and i think you button mash to get the dice to open up quicker, once open you start the fight using a robot you build using various parts for different attacks.
