Are there any retro videogame knick knacks you like to collect? I like collecting metal candy tins since they are useful for storing memory cards and accessories.

These n64 tins from the late 90s are some of my favorites. I have no idea if they were more series represented.

Anyone own or see these before? I had the diddy kong one as a kid, but found the others over time. They came with crappy lawbreakers lol.

Do strategy guides count? I bought this few years ago since I had the same one as a kid and lost it. Then I started picking up guides for random old games like Banjo-Tooie, Goldeneye, Spider-Man 2 the Movie game. They look pretty nice on display and they are actually functional for something

one of my favourite things owned by myself is this princess crown figure, one of my favourite saturn games
used to have her on my old tv but my new tv has a sloped top so she got moved to a traditional shelf

Here's what I got, (Geno Plush is a custom)
Mario RPG is my favorite game, if you couldn't tell.

There's quite a bit I still don't have:
There's the rest of the Key-chains and Books, Mystery-Bag Coins and Cards, A Playset, a Puzzle, Soundtrack CD, and Plushies, and maybe for I don't know/can't remember. While most of the merch is relatively uncommon, the Plushies and Playset are extremely rare and I don't think I'll ever come across one at a decent price. The Soundtrack cd is pretty uncommon, but outrageously priced when it is listed for sale.

I have a bunch of fake Game Boys I started collecting around two years ago. Most recently also got a Pac-Man keychain handheld and one of the Game and Watch keychain handhelds but the battery needs to be replaced on both, sadly

It's my favorite game as well. The Bowser keychain and the Nintendo Power player's guide are the only merch I have myself, but they were lucky finds. The former was quite cheap and the latter was a miraculous childhood discovery at a Toys R Us.

The uncompressed music almost feels wrong, but it's a fantastic thing to have.

Oh wow, I haven't seen that screen before!
It seems like SMRPG went through a crazy tumultuous development. It seems a lot of the graphics changed drastically, which I'm not sure is totally normal. It's been known that Nintendo was unpleased by how the game went IIRC and eventually completely took over the project

As much as I would love to see a pack of Dragon Warrior condoms, I think we should expect to see mostly tiny figures and books. There is a good variety in this thread. I've only got some small figures and guide books.
