Honestly /vr/ and fighting games just don't seem to mix well. Look at the FIghtcade thread that is up right now, you have shit like "Why are only the same few characters played online?" and "All these people are tryhards since they actively play and try to improve", /vr/ is just weirdly scrubby about the genre I feel like.

to be fair, if you're new to the game or just want to play some casual matches and your first match is some dude that's rank B and been playing for ages of course the experience isn't gonna be good.

Pro tip: Go out and buy The Capcom fighting game collection. I feel its not selling enough copies. The SF 35th AC is still getting printed. My local Wal-Mart keeps restocking copies for the PS4 and Switch. When they sold their two copies of CFGC for PS4 and they still haven't reorder more. They have like 4 copies for switch no idea if they sold anything. Yeah you can find it online but the more copies printed the better, I got a feeling this tittle will not be printed enough, at least it seems its more available in retail than some SNK games.
