Violent Storm.
Its was apparently supposed to be the final part in the crime fighters trilogy but they changed the name.
Really great beat em up with a fantastic OST, also has a 2nd loop that's much harder than the first if you manage to 1cc it, that said it IS a konami game so you need to learn those boss loops or eat shit.

究極戦隊ダダンダーン (Kyuukyoku Sentai Dadandaan)
I guess there was an English release of this called "Monster Maulers" but I have only ever played the Japanese version (like most arcade games, Japanese ability is not really necessary to play)
It plays basically like a versus-fighter game, except it's a co-op boss rush, and it uses "Super Sentai" (Power Rangers) aesthetics
Has a crazy over-the-top soundtrack, crazy exaggerated special moves, crazy monsters... I love it
