If you pay attention to the art in some of the stages it's pretty obvious that Spumco worked on the design. Still it's pretty damn weird that some literally who cartoon skateboarding game from Japan was somehow able to get Spumco to design shit for them. It's surprising just how furry-leaning the main wolf guy is but it's still a Spumco design.
