I just can't get away from Mega Man. Here's one of the best tunes from the series, and it's from one of the most obscure titles, The Wily Wars. I would've loved to hear this on the SNES, too, but the Genesis's unique sound lends a wonderful vibrato and "bounce" to certain parts of the tune.
