/v/ you're my last hope, because Google has failed me. I even tried /v/

I'm trying to find a game from my childhood, so early to mid 90s. It was part of a collection of educational computer games like Marios Time Machine.

The game takes place at a carnival or circus, and there were lots of minigames like putting make up on the clowns and one area had like a big arcade with skeeball. It was kind of an odd game.

No, it was more recent than that. I want to say it was a Win95 based game, and the graphics and everything was kind of surreal. I remember at the arcade you could win tickets and buy stuff with them and when you clicked them they would do an action.

Also it wasn't technically an educational game, it was just bundled with a bunch of educational games.
