There's a fuckload of games I've really enjoyed on the PSone, so picking three is hard.

Tomba 2 is a real standout though, it was a personal hard won victory over my dickhead older brother to finally get that game and be able to play it on his PSone. I remember spending a summer playing Tomba 2 and running up and down the world looking for those three towers to find the big dick super weapons, after finding one by pure chance in that hot area, the other two just kinda clicked naturally.
