Or better yet do it with only a shotgun, not even the SSG. If you go in flying with the BFG you'll nuke the fuck out of them at lightning speed. I make it a habit to clear GO 2 It every few months, and each cyberdemon fight is easy, barring only the one in the narrow cramped hallway. Clear E2 M8 with just the pistol, max ammo allowed. Clear it with Shotgun, then chaingchanging. Clear maps that have more than one cyberdemon. Without BFG the Spider mastermind us infinitely harder than the cyberdemon because it's hitscan auto shotgun "super chaingun". Cyberdemon is always easy.
