Plastic cases, with artwork, and inserts in good condition? Yeah, at the right price, I want that for my loose games. Cardboard? Hell no.

gameboy boxes are rare, but collectors realized they should hold onto them so they exist in the market.
meanwhile literally no one kept gba boxes

I have some of mine still. I don't know why I kept them, just did. I should have fucking kept all my GB game boxes and manuals.

my tard parents threw them away

>> No.9080107

It's cool to preserve the game boxes but I don't go out of my way to get them.

heckin' yessirino this will look super styling on my shelf alongside my funko pops!

>> No.9080317

It's funny how no matter how much you pay for something like this it will never be interesting. It's a cardboard box. It could be the rarest box of all time and nobody would ever be impressed that you own it.

did you know that everything most people post is scripted by the matrix and has no originality at all? Did you know?

before the prices skyrocketed, i bought a few boxed gba, not because i wanted them boxed, but because they were actually cheaper than most loose carts for some reason.
bought a few yugioh gba games for like $5 each, complete in box

>> No.9080885

>>9079610

But does it come with free shipping?

>> No.9080890

>>9079610
Not really. I keep the boxes from my childhood safe in some clear cases (Pokémon games mostly) but I don't really care to get any more of them.
The only exception is Pokémon Blue, but that's because I want to get a boxed copy as a present for my big brother, who had his copy stolen as a kid.

>> No.9081058

>>9079610
only if it came with the games i bought. not sure i'd want to order extra cardboard for the loose ones tho.
i usually buy boxed.

do people actually pay that kind of money or is the seller just having a giggle

>> No.9082630

I actually didn't understand the appeal until I realized that I was missing a case for my Lunar 2 CDs. I managed to get one for $10.

>> No.9082631

I keep boxes when they're a good deal with a game I was going to buy anyway but I don't go out of my way, they're too expensive considering how fragile they are. Clamshells and jewel cases I'll pay extra for though because they're actually useful.

Only TRUE gamers own the boxes to all of their heckin' valid GameBoy games! I have no choice but to procure this piece for my collection.
