Not him, but to be fair, the title screen you posted is what actually appeared at the beginning of the show and it's officially known as the SMB Super Show.
SMB2 doesn't have "Mario Madness" on the title screen of the game, or anywhere other than on the boxart.
I get what you mean though, it's not a bad title and it'd be cool if it was actually official.
