It's funny that the windmills are portrayed not as the salvation of humanity but as another symptom of soulless industrialization along with the metal grating, that they chose to use to portray the nightmare becoming reality

like most 5th gen games it emulates flawlessly if you aren't a hardware connoisseur.
>is it very difficult
normal is a bit too soft for a horror game desu, hard is more fitting, and mostly reasonable, but has some cheesy sections you'll have to endure.
>tips
in the latter third of the game there's a new area with a bar. make sure you visit that bar asap, before you go to the amusement park area.

there's supplies strewn about all over if you explore the town.

>Does this game emulate well?
5th gen games are pretty flawless unless you're a connoisseur.
>Is it very difficult?
For a horror game I think normal is kind of soft, you never really feel pressured much, bosses go down easy and you're stacked with supplies. Hard is pretty tough but it's not crazy, you don't really have to worry too about locking yourself or anything like that. what you choose depends on how much you value a little masochism in your games.
>Tips on both fronts?
You can stealth enemies pretty well if you turn off your flashlight, it's very useful in the school portion of the game for example.
As mentioned earlier in the thread, in the latter third of the game in the silent hill town resort area, make sure you visit the bar in that area before going anywhere else.

Has the problem the post Team Silent games had of being too betrothed to the earlier games. Having a loose continuity centered around Silent Hill as a town is probably the better move to go. It's why I sort of like Downpour the most out of them.
