I like the Konami cabinet, obv, and none of the others I've played.

Never played. Heard it's just Simpsons-themed Crazy Taxi.

You're thinking of Road Rage.
That screenshot is Hit & Run, which is basically Simpsons-themed GTA.

Oh. Never played GTA but I love Crazy Taxi.

Shouldn't one at least emulate/pirate the PS3 version? Isn't PS2/Wii hugely nerfed down?

Bart's Nightmare is actually pretty good. A pretty nice "trial and error" type of game where you just gotta figure out how things work
However, there's 2-3 ways to force spawn a page in the overworld and you might not learn them by yourself. Also from what I've seen and tried, the Indiana Bart game is glitched in the Snes version, it's nearly impossible to pass Maggie's projectile without cheating by scrolling the screen with L/R and making it shoot

This one is ok, which makes it way better than most Simpsons games.

I rented it once and played quite a bit of it and thought it was alright. Tried it again years later and couldn't get into it.

Bart's nightmare was pretty fun but I remember it being pretty hard. Even after completing all the minigames I only managed to get a B+ on the test. What gives? I know it has to do with the score but would you really risk ignoring jumping on the homework pages to continue on the main street for a few more points and risk a game over?

Top 3:
Arcade game > Hit & Run > Itchy & Scratchy minigolf

Not the worst simpsons game but it reeks too much of the modern seasons for me to enjoy.

Shite is harsh, but it's not a particularly fun game.

I'm pretty sure I had that for multiple consoles for some reason, no idea why. I'm also positive I never beat it on any of them.

The irony is that no one wanted to play The Simpsons Game when it was new.

Also, that retro Simpsons family should have used the same designs as the NES games. They look worse for no good reason, it's not even in an exaggerated funny way.

as if the Simpsons were around when the Atari was
>inb4 2600 was supported until 1992

the Simpsons writers not being familiar with the history of the show they work for isn't unique to this. it isn't the primary reason the show sucks, but it's indicative of how they aren't making the show that everybody loved back in the 90s
