What did this company do for me on the SNES? Castlevania 4? Contra 3? And…?

A decent port of Parodius, five Goemon Games, two Twinbees and Axelay?

It allowed you to destroy rockets by throwing batarangs at them or even punching them.

That's right, I'm punching rockets. I'm the motherfucking Batman.

Is this game more fun than Final Fight 2? That was a miserable experience, not even from the 3 enemy limit, but from how repetitive and sterile it gets. Doubt it gets to Streets of Rage 2 or Ninja Warriors heights, but could I play it without my brain flowing off my ears?

I do like the grabs in this footage at least.

I doubt it is better than the Megadrive's BTAS game, but then again, what is. I would say that one is the best Batman game period, Sunsoft can suck it. I don't doubt Returns is the best Batman game on the SNES tho. It looks like a competent beat em up, it is Konami.

How come nobody ever talks about the Super NES version of The Adventures of Batman & Robin game. I know people bitch about Robin not being playable, since Konami made the game back when the show was just titled Batman: The Animated Series and only had Robin as an occasional guest.

>> No.8779273

>>8779264
It's a well-made game on a technical level, but generally sluggish and unrewarding to play (the Genesis one is the latter but certainly not the former). It's got an oddly western-developed licensed game feel to it to somehow too

>> No.8779346

>>8778975
Why? I think it's very simple and rewarding to play. I've always loved the jump kick and melee attacks, and the bosses are awesome and it's got fucking Mad Hatter with the best stage and music. The only low point of the game is Twoface's shmup section taking half of the freaking game and being so repetitive, fug.

>>8779264
Eh the pixelart is very nice, but the game is very slow and worse: formulaic and mundane. Beside the fact there's so many BTAS villains I don't think there's much to discuss. And this is coming from a frequent SNES defender.

>You forgot one console there

I didn't forget the PCE, I just didn't list any games, because I was mostly listing western releases. Konami made Gradius port, Rondo of Blood for the PCE-CDROM and Snatcher? The TurboGraphx16 was basically dead in North America by 1993.
