Aside from the obvious one's like Mario 64, Donkey Kong Country, and Mario Kart 64. The earlier the better.

I believe Donkey Kong Country uses pre-rendered 3D CGI

Dunno if pic related counts since Marina is the only 3D render on the box, but it's the first thing I thought of

I can't think of a single game that used CG promo art before DK Country. Rare set the trend for game companies purchasing expensive SGI workstations. But there were games that were released before DKC that used CG in game. Ecco II: The Tides of Time for the Sega CD comes to mind:

I don't own it, but since you say so I might buy a copy, which one is better? 1 or 2?

The games were meant to be one single game much like the Sonic 3 & Knuckles situation, but got split in half so the 1st one could be a launch title for the Saturn. The 2nd game is a bit better, but there is a Japanese compilation that includes both 1 and 2.

Pre-rendered 3D benefits a lot from CRT or likewise filters. That sort of thing is generally personal preference with other art styles, but CRT truly enhances pre-rendered.

Oh, the game in the OP. Didn't realise that was from 1992. I will add Kenji Eno's D to the list. It was released in 1995 for the 3DO, originally, plays like Myst with a horror setting, and all the CG was rendered on Amiga's (Amiga 4000's I think?) .
