Alright /vr, what are your coziest games/screenshots? What old game screenshots give you feelings of random happiness? I'll start here with Melee Island from The Secret of Monkey Island (the original version, not the remaster). Look at how comfy that is.

The 3DS remake is fine but I really hate the Thomas Kinkade-esque promo digital illustrations.
Anyway for me it's Vagrant Story workshops; it's amazing they made a totally different room for EACH ONE when there's technically nothing important in them in terms of direct interaction and they're just there to unlock an option inside the menu while you're there.

Aight nevermind I looked him up immediately kek. Ehhh I’ve seen worse. His work is certainly pleasant but the issue is that his choice in color is kind of gross and overly shining and bright. If the paintings were a little darker and more… earthy I guess, then they’d be a lot more visually pleasing. I do see why they’re so reviled though, they do look a bit like saccharine vomit. For example this would be a much nicer painting if it wasn’t searingly bright and glossy
