Capcom released all the classics MM games on psx under the name "rockman complete works"
they're just ports but with some cool new features like artwork, save system, remixed CD soundtrack on some levels and the ability to play without the helmet, but most important the games don't suffer from all the slowdown and sprite flickering anymore

not that anon but early capcom games on the sega genesis were developed entirely by sega.
Capcom had an agreement with nintendo that prohibited developing games for other consoles. However, they still were able to license their game to another company to develop them themselves
my guessing is that Sega wasn't allowed to put Capcom name anywhere on the game
and correct me if i'm wrong (it's been years since i last played them) but i don't think even the Capcom logo appears in-game, just the Sega one

Both a faithful representation of what the game is like, and a very appealing action packed scene. Tell me this does not make you want to fly a fighter at high speed through a river destroying bridges and enemies right now. The angle, the lines get it right and you can see the movement, the speed. Rare quality for such an old game. Most covers here are just depictions of the characters.
