Do any of you retro PC gamers use retro keyboards?

Pic related, it's my Model M that I've had since I was a child and a recently purchased Model M13 (rare, black, trackpoint variant).

They're not antiques, they're classics.

Pretty sexy, OP. I love the good, "solid", tactile feel of old keyboards. Reminds me of typewriters and word processors.

O.K., that's just downright creepy.

I've got an old ergonomic Microsoft keyboard that's been lying in my garage all this time. I plan on using it once I get the right cables

My PS/2 USB adapter never worked properly with that ergonomic keyboard (Linux guy) :(

Mechanical keyboards are not retro, they are in fact the current standard for almost all PC gamers, and pretty much unchanged since the 80s except for a few macro and extra features that are only used for recent FPS and realtime strategy games.

I use the exact same keyboard on my main PC. The Model M is the best keyboard ever. I have it hooked into a KVM for DOS stuff. I bought it refurbished from rarekeyboardstore on ebay, best $50 I ever spent. That guys keyboards look and feel brand new.

Pic culled from Google, but identical to mine. Born 15 May, 1987, with the extra long 12-foot cable. Paid $5 for it at a computer parts store, just needed to be cleaned up. It's been the best keyboard I've ever used.

Rescued this off an old server KVM that was to be surplussed (thrown away) at work. I have been using it for my work computer and have yet to play any games with it but it is the most satisfying keyboard I have ever used. Thinking of taking it home.
