Super Mario RPG, I was 7 at the time so yes I was stupid. The part where you get to Marrymore and need to break down the door with bowser to get in. I read it quickly and thought he said "this door won't budge, we need to find someway to break it down" so I thought he wanted me to get some bombs or something because I tried running into it at the same time as him and it didn't do anything. Spent like 4 hours filling my inventory with bombs by harvesting pure waters from ghosts in kero sewers and then figured it out sort of accidentally. Funny but stupid

The top of my tv picture was cut off where it just kind of flipped upside down and the ff4 messages were tough to read so I just fought the dark knight too.

I don't remember beating him being a problem at all though.

Shame on square for taking out the darkness ability though. You don't even get why he died without it. Plus it was a strong ability that made things easier, not some shit like focus or cry or all the useless items they cut that was just clutter.

I hate zombies ate my neighbors because of the fact that zombies can literally pop RIGHT FUCKING UP BENEATH YOUR NEIGHBORS AND KILL THEM, AS SOON AS THEY COME ONSCREEN FOR YOU TO RESCUE THEM.

Ruins the entire game for me.

"Oh hey look, a ne-"
"Guess not, zombie spawned right beneath him and killed him."

Really fucking great. Just great. I don't even know why this game gets the love it does because of that one glaring gameplay flaw. I mean, the levels have some funny names, but... ugh...

>> No.854401

Not your fault, the game teaches you to fucking beat the living shit out of everything when the fight music starts, just WTF else were you supposed to do?

This is as bad as boss fights where you waste all your fucking items trying to fight him when your supposed to lose

Even more infuriating is fighting a boss that is absolutely fucking cleaning your clock, and earlier when playing you had a boss fight before where you had to lose, so you purposely give up JUST TO FIND OUT NO THAT THIS IS A BOSS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO FUCKING BEAT

I'd heard of people being unable to leave their house in Pokemon because they didn't realize the mat at the bottom signified a door, but this one's new to me. Usually it's just that room with Magus's statue that everyone misses the door to.

Anyway, to contribute I had a rough time figuring out why so many expensive weapons seemed useless in FFL2. The instruction book didn't explain the concept of weapons based on different stats, and I was too stupid to figure it out.

I used the goddamn Prayer scroll til it ran out and it never worked once, cuz I never used it on anything undead. I thought maybe it was a cruel joke about the futility of praying.

Why are you mad at him?

That's what most "Mint collectors" copies are, some guy bought a near mint box, instruction booklet and game, cleaned them up, shrink wrapped it all

Fuck you can prove they are fake by opening it up, the SECOND you take off the shrink wrap the box edges ply open by themselves, proof of a previously opened box game, not to mention the contents of the box being all fucked up.

Always look at the shrink wrap CLOSELY so called "Collectors", if the shrink wrap is -FOLDED- at the back you have a much greater chance of an actual mint copy, if the shrink wrap is uniform across the whole box and has been heatshrinked, you're dealing with a repackaged game
