people expect too much from fighting game AIs, especially old ones. ofc you will have to "cheese" holes in its programming, it's a computer program, you can't really bait it or outguess it. MK's CPU opponents are particularly stupid and lazily-programmed but SF2 basically works the same way.

Yeah man I'm at stage L but that stage H boss fucks me up so badly, it's bullet hell shit. For the record I've 1cc'd Darius Plus, Darius II, Darius Twin and Darius Force so I think I have more than enough experience but this game has some real standout hard bosses. Without the bombs I'd be fucked sometimes

What is the equivalent of a 1CC for a really long or endless game? I really enjoying Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga, but Ms. Pac-Man has way too many levels, and Galaga eventually goes through the same stages. Getting to level 50 in both games on one credit should be good enough.

I literally save stated MK 1-4 with every character last year just to see everyone's ending and also get a feel for them.

After Special Forces I would have been onto the ps2 era(Played and loved DA back in the day) but never could be assed to slog through that few hour also save state-fest though the Sub Zero one was cool in some ways.

Pointless? Probably. But I feel I got something out of it more than just watching it.
