Here you go anons here is the pc port of the original versions of Resident Evil 1-2-3 all these games uses the REbirth mod to make them work on modern windows, some quality to life improvements, xinput support and much more, opening the game's exes will show REbirth's configuration menu.
Keep in mind some FMVs shows the japanese name, except the title screens.
The Install Key for RE2 is BH82120691132478, you put it in "install key" on the rebirth's menu

Have fun anon, I do the same thing about once/twice a year myself. Although I alternate, LACB one year, CALB the next. Usually add a extra "challenge" into the mix. No healing, Handgun only, Knife only, Pacifist (except bosses), "Sherry Mode" (Character swap on PS1, so she can't use weapons at all), and other assorted trials.

I really like RE2.

Oh my god, I just played through Claire A (Standard) after beating Claire B (Hardcore), and I had heard the new A/B scenario was bad, but I had no it was THIS fucking bad. There's literally NO, fucking, difference. You might as well play each character once and then never do it again (because this game has no replay value). What a fucking joke.

Nope. There's actual differences in the original A/B scenarios, and on top of that, you can influence the other game through either blatant (the pack, MG) or subtle means (the croc). What I was expecting the remake to do was to expand upon the whole concept (as well as the original game itself with even more enemy types). That didn't turn out to be the case.

RE2 remake has shit visuals until you turn off Chromatic Aberration, Lens Distortion, and preferably mod away the blue shade and the vignette.

After that, it's a good idea to not use the standard Console-like AA like FXAA and TXAA and use proper antialiasing or 4K if possible.
