2 player Mahjong really is just gambling, the cpu pieces are determined by a weighted scale rather than luck so to compensate they give you in-game cheats. I mean they're fun the problem is it's just mahjong, if you played one you've played them all. The drive to get engrossed in mahjong comes and goes really quickly. At least some games have little rpg modes and dialogue picks to break the repetition. Suchie Pai has that memory match minigame.

You are confusing copyrights with trademarks. You need to renew trademarks but then you can re-register them later if they expire. Copyright remains with the creators until many years after they die. And by "they die" I mean people literally dying, not companies getting closed.
What you can do is to register "Sex 3™" as a separate trademark and make no references to Sex or Sex 2 at all in effort to distinguish it from PC-98 games. If whoever owns the rights to Sex 2 decides that you are infringing on their copyright, you might be in trouble.

Can't recommend the first one as it's mostly a Dragon Quest I clone and the art is meh. Very basic.
Second one sure looks great and is a decent classic JRPG. Branmarker 2 and Legend of Rouge (also by D.O.) are among the best ero RPGs on PC-98.

Well she actually started out as Morrigan's older sister Genevieve who was part angel who would shapeshift her hair into weapons to attack as well as 'fight' using ballet moves, but this was scrapped since Capcom thought angels were too overdone at the time. It was the second design which was basically Lilith's current design where they played with the idea of her being a boy in drag or a hermaphrodite before just settling on making her a girl.

Funny you should mention this but the character designer for EVA Yoshiyuki Sadamoto and other staff members on the show would joke that Shinji looked too much like a girl specifically like Nadia from another Gainax show they all worked on called Nadia and the secret of the Blue Water. I think it got to the point where they even made doujins of Shinji cross dressing as Nadia.
