Anyone got an ID on the crt's this dev is using? Specifically the beige computer monitor? I've come across a pvm I think is the same model as the one on the right, and I want to have a similar desk setup.

Also, any idea what the best way to have all my consoles hooked up to a single monitor at once, while also being easily accessible?

The monitor on the lower left seems to be an SGI monitor. But I'm not sure about the middle.

Were they popular for their form factor or was the high picture quality thing already in its reputation back then?

If you were a studio with fat stacks that was the best name brand professional set to buy.
Comparatively many other smaller studios used midrange consumer sets with s-video as it was the best cost to quality on thin margins

This photo is reputedly not game design. It's the marketing guys putting together a trailer later on for promo work.

I worked in a tv studio that had stacks of them up until 2015. After which they tossed all of them for consumer flatpanel tv's :(
