Yeah, should've been obvious that Arcade1up is just using a shitty stock model controller that they shove games onto.

It was probably cheaper to keep the buttons than designing a new shell.

They obviously used this product "template" for a Megaman collection and they'll do different ones in the future, if they haven't already. Just swap out the roms, printed art etc.

Yeah, I have the pac-man one. It's not going to match what you would get from just hacking one of the other mini consoles, but it gets points for being there without having to jump through the hoops, I guess. I didn't see any issues with playing NES, GBA, Genesis/Mega Drive or Game Gear games, other than the fact the buttons can't be remapped. The game's A button will always be the A button on the controller, but since it's using a genesis style layout, they'll be reversed from what you expect with the nintendo games. SNES emulation is... there. It can't play the games from later in the console's life that use the extra chips, and from my experience, every game has audio issues. Some are barely noticeable while others can completely ruin the game. None of the reviews I saw for the thing mentioned this problem, so it could very well be a problem with my specific unit. The Sega CD emulation takes the most amount of effort to set up, because you have to go out and find the correct Sega CD BIOS file and drop it in a folder with the game you want to play, and even then it may not work. I only tried two games: Lunar and Dragon's Liar. Lunar seemed to work perfectly while Dragon's Liar wouldn't work correctly no matter what.
