When you look back, there isn't really that many 3D platformers. At one point, there was the impression that there was a lot of them, especially with the Rare games like Banjo and DK64, people got sort of intimidated by the amount of collectibles and the actual difficulty of controlling a platformer in 3D, which is why devs went for more streamlined, less precise kind of gameplays that don't focus on precise jumps in 3D and instead is about walking and/or shooting, but really... 3D platformers is kind of a small genre.
N64 has way more sports and racing games than platformers, waaaay more.

To answer OP all the AKI wrestling games are fun but mainly for multiplayer. That's all I could recommend are multiplayer games as its really a poor system for single player games.

I heard the quake port was pretty unique. It's missing a few levels but it has a unique soundtrack and lighting engine. They even made an addon for the PC remaster where you could play quake 64 officially, shitty mipmapping filter, lighting engine, soundtrack, and all
