I found two copies of digimon world. I found the first at a dav and it was half price day so I only paid $1.74 for it. Not 15 minutes later I found another copy at a yard sale for $1. Friend was cleaning out his room before he moved to campus and found it, gave it to me knowing I like video games. The analog stick on the controller is shot, but everything else works. Diablo 2
I went to a garage sale where I asked about a Diablo 1 manual + guide. The woman said she didn't have the game.
I was looking around, and saw Diablo II under a bunch of music CDs.
I decided to point this out in case she was looking for it. She said "Oh, ok. You can have that and the books all for $2"

It's been a slow week. The swapmeets were almost completely devoid of games.

All I got this week was an SCPH-1001 (with power, no video/controllers) and two copies of MGS, both Greatest Hits. $19 total. I didn't even give a fuck, I just wanted to justify the drive down there.

I did happen upon a Sega Saturn with a few decent games (Nights into Dreams was one) and an analog pad, but some fucking vulture reseller was already poring over the system with smartphone in hand, checking eBay prices on the games by the time I got there. Glad I went back today. Here's what I got:

An NES-001 with a broken 72-pin (one pin is bent in such a manner that it cannot be bent back-- didn't notice it until after I paid) - $10

A Dreamcast (yeah, yeah...) that is white as new, no yellowing whatsoever, with two controllers (one is fucking Madcatz...), two VMUs, two standard third-party memory cards, and the following games (all disc only):

>Crazy Taxi
>Crazy Taxi 2
>Evolution 2: Far Off Promise
>Generator Vol. 2
>Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
>Record of Lodoss War
>Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles
>Star Wars Episode I Racer
>Starlancer
>Street Fighter Alpha 3
>Sword of the Berserk: Guts' Rage
>Tokyo Xtreme Racer
>Web Browser
and a bunch of burned games

all for $12.

Dude wanted $20, but I only had $22 on me total and I had spent $10 on the NES, so I tried to work out a partial deal-- he agreed, but then he threw in everything else in the end. I guess he figured, how else was he going to get rid of all the third-party accessories and the games.

Still gutted about missing that Saturn lot, but there will always be a next time.
