Is SheepShaver the best emulator for old mac os 9?

Is PCEm the best emulator for Win 95?

Am I a pleb is there something better out there?

Just use hardware

You can also use QEMU for Mac OS 9, but it's dog slow on either. I find SheepShaver to be extremely unstable.

If you're talking classic Mac you're looking at x86 based macs anyway.

Look at this innocent girl. 20 years before globohomo and onlyfans propaganda turned western girls into self-loathing sacks of worthless cum rags. Good times.

Sheepshaver is unstable as fuck.
QEMU is slow as fuck.
Any mac games worth playing are from the 68k era anyway, so maybe Mini vMac with System 6/7.x. That or just get a used Mac made between '98 and January '03 if it HAS to run OS 9.

The disease had already infected many of them, even at that point.

This is solid advice —the G4 Mac minis can run OS 9 with a hacked installer now, and they're screaming fast for it. Way better than running OS X on them that's for sure.

I should have taken my senior picture with my Blue and White G3.

Unfortunate cause growing up I had the older vintage macintoshs I found thrown out and would bring home. I also had a G3. I had so many consoles and computers that I threw out myself.

This was before people would sell them at markedup prices. In the past people would just throw these things out

I haven't had many problems with SheepShaver but I also haven't thrown any terribly advanced games at it. I was messing with it a fair amount but I decided to dust off the G4 MDD and install OS9 instead.

PCEm has the widest support but DOSBox is good enough for most people while being easy to set up.

There are no good Mac emulators.

I use Sheepshaver but I wish there was something better, got a lot of games stored on a old cd but when Sheepshave sees it, it doesn't see anything on the cd
