Help /vr/!

I'm looking for an old pirate game where I only remember the vintage boxart and a single soundtrack that stood out!

The game cover displays two pirates dueling with one of the pirates holding a woman in his arm while the other pirate is poised to attack! The artstyle is very similar to pic related.

As for the song it's a very jazzy caribbean tune that has a slow tempo to it. Very one of a kind tune and that Im sure someone here knows of it!

As for which game system, I really can't remember that either.

I know its not much to go on and I don't remember anything from the game itself but It's bothering me to no end. I must find that game!
