sorry, I understand this is confusing so I'll elaborate. the developer was messing with a few of the sln files in 2015, I believe they were trying to update it to visual studio 2013, but can't confirm that's what they were after. the archive that leaked yesterday is fully unmodified from the state that the developer left it in. im sorry that I cannot provide more evidence, but you'll just have to take my word for it that DT did not get it until 2017.
