Any game with ragdoll I guess. But these are mostly released after 2007 so not /vr/. I remember playing Prototype solely for the purpose of killing civilians because their corpses were always taking hilarious random poses.

Also FPS games are funny when they include slavs as enemies. Those two guards in Counter-Strike: Condition Zero who discuss icicles and then laugh like absolute idiots.
