Donkey Kong 94 was one of my favorite games as a kid, I want to rebuy it off eBay, but I bought Zelda of eBay and the battery was dead and couldn't keep save files. It's there any sure way of knowing it the battery will be dead or not. I still owe gb games from my childhood that can still save.

There not just five minutes long, and I don't find paying video games from start to finish fun. I like to play these gamesboy games for twenty minutes or so after I get off work.

Buy it from me. I guarantee you my Donkey Kong '94 battery is dead. seriously though, it's not for sale but that battery was the first to go among my cartridges.

Sorry to hear that, this was always my favorite Gameboy game, all my batteries lasted forever, bit warioland, and I thought the game was just brocken.

the sure way of knowing is that just buy a soldering iron and some tabbed batteries and replace it.

Replacing Gameboy batteries is really not that bad and then you don't have to worry for decades.

either test before you buy or buy one that says authentic tested saves
i did actually buy a kirby dreamland 2 that didn't save when I got it but I didn't dispute it. just popped a new battery in and called it a day
