There was a shoot 'em up game for either the NES or the SNES. It featured a vaguely syringe shaped ship and the start screen had you selecting between many 'wings' you could choose. Each wing was a different shot type. If you got shot, you lost your wings, and if you got shot again, you were destroyed.
Does anyone know the name of that game?
