Download six arcade games.
One of them you like.
One that's kind of eh.
The rest games you haven't played and don't know anything about.
Set them all to 1 coin = 1 credit. 1 credit to play.
Give yourself 4 coins to play with each day. When you run out of coins you're done. Time to go home.
You may add 1 new game every month to your arcade.

dangerously based post. the residents of this board aren't ready to hear the truth that you should only play a handful of games and only use one credit. expect lots of backlash

Why would I download games I already have? Why would I want to find garbage to play? I've played every good game and far too many shitty ones.

>Download six arcade games.
Are you retarded? There's only one way to download arcade games, and that's getting a full mame rom set and using it with the matching version of mame.
For fuck's sake don't use stock mame you asspie. The interface sucks. Get MameUI or another version with a normal interface. If you want be an idiot and use retroarch that's fine but it's your fault if it doesn't work.

Yes, OP is retarded. But not as retarded as you. If you don't understand how sets work, how they can be updated or that you can get individual files that's OK. You're just another ignorant kid who doesn't understand something he doesn't need to know. But when you spazz out because you think you actually know anything. Well that's just embarrassing.

You should decide on a fixed starting date and only add games from that date or earlier. After each "month" your list of available games increases.
Can you carry over unused quarters to the next day? I assume your income is $1 per day
After you "go home" are you supposed to play console/computer ports of the games to practice?
Did you decide which holidays the arcade is closed on?
Is this autism simulation in real time? If so you have the same problem as your real life, you only played a very small amount of the available games.

OP reminded me of my childhood when I chose the games only by the cover, as that game was all I had my focus was total in it and I had a lot of fun.
The vast choice we have today paralyzes the action of playing. When I decide what to play I keep constantly thinking if this is the right game and if it would not be better to play another.
Do you share this experience to look for a lot for the right game, read lists of best games, see reviews and waste so much time in this that you do not give time to play?
In fact, that's how I end up spending more time here than playing.

If you want to mass download some game boxes try Launchbox. You can scan a full rom set and download every cover for the system, then sort them different ways. I don't even use it as a launcher, you don't need to keep the roms around after the initial scan.

>>8018275
OP should have put some conditions in like USA region only. Most arcades back then did't have japanese imports, especially not a shitter arcade that can only afford 6 games.

just give yourself 5 credits per playthrough max for every game. try to finish that game with 1 credit. theres no need to make it as autistic as you made it.

There are a grand total of about 8 arcades in the country with a row of candy cabs, discounting Round1s. It's not horribly difficult to narrow it down.
