ags-101 is the most faithful as it's an sp screen, hard to find nowadays separately though
an ita screen is a dsi bottom screen, pretty faithful as well and you can find it on aliexpress
there are a ton of ips screen options, some requiring soldering and some not. they are all fairly consistent but some have strong anti image retention protection resulting in issues with displaying flickering objects. all of them feature 2x integer scaling

as for ips, there are really only four options: multiple chip (old, had screen retention issues at some point), one chip (newer, don't know about the quality but it's supposed to be better?), solderless (has problems with temperature apparently) and solderless with palette change. i'm getting my gba soon-ish and i'll have to go through with the same choice, but if i had to choose right now, i'd pick the solderless just because it's newer

Get the new funnyplaying one that is a DSi screen, it is brighter than the 101 screen but still has the nice individual pixel look. Just took this picture with my phone zoomed in on the screen.

get an SP. the backlight and rechargable battery are the obvious perks, but it's also a lot easier to manipulate the shoulder buttons. for instance, F-Zero is a lot easier to play on an SP
