The cart uses a 2-chip mapper, which consists of both U4 and U5. The CHR-RAM is U2 (the smaller Fujitsu chip), as labeled on the PCB.

Also next time you might consider blacking out the USPS QR/bar codes and deleting the metadata from your images when editing them.
