It's about £7 on both ebay and amazon here in UK, so I wouldn't pay more than that for it.
I think I lost my copy that I had as a kid.

Looking at recently completed ebay auctions, it looks like $15 would be a fair price. I wouldn't pay more than $20 unless it came with something extra.
